However, we also offer an expedited production service should time be of the essence, with a guarantee that quality will not be compromised in any way. FREE LIFETIME DIAMOND UPGRADE 

Feel like treating yourself and investing in a more expensive, even more luxurious diamond for your piece? We will be only too happy to help. Every diamond bought from us is eligible for a lifetime diamond upgrade, on the condition that the upgraded diamond is at least 50% more valuable than the original.

The credit value will be calculated by us - considering the original price (not inclusive of taxes paid). Upon requesting the upgrade, all original documentation must be provided in full.

PLACING AND TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We fully understand that some customers prefer to speak to a professional in depth regarding their purchase before making a commitment. Once your order has been placed, you should automatically receive a confirmation email. Should you not receive one, please get in touch straight away. If you need to precisely track your order once it has been dispatched for delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to show you how to do so. 

TAXES

Due to the fluctuating nature of taxes from region to region and time to time, we are not able to calculate rates of taxation and duties on our orders. Should you need to verify tax information, we would recommend getting in touch with your local or regional customs department.

Our gift certificates will show your love and commitment, while giving your loved one the freedom to find their perfect piece.

ENGRAVING SERVICES

Engraving a beautiful piece of jewelry is a wonderful, unique way to personalize an item and make it even more special. If you are looking to have a piece engraved, then look no further - we are proud to offer a completely FREE personalized engraving service.

Please Note: Engravings may add a further three days to the normal production time of a piece of jewelry. Furthermore, engraved pieces are not eligible for returns, resizing or exchanges.
