We take the customization of our pieces seriously. Because all of our pieces are custom crafted to your specifications, the time between order and delivery will vary depending on a number of factors. However, we like to keep our valued clients well informed, and as such, the crafting times for each piece can be viewed on our information page. We always try to make things as quick as possible, but we will never compromise our standards or put speed above perfection.

We will always do everything we can do ensure your order reaches you on time. However, delays caused by problematic weather conditions, delays with carriers and couriers or issues resulting from being provided with inaccurate delivery addresses are beyond our control. We are also unable to refund any shipping fees.
