CREDIT CARDS

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Should your credit card payment be declined for any reason, your order will be canceled and we will be in touch to notify you.

LAYAWAY PAYMENTS

We understand that many of our customers can benefit from laying the payment for their jewelry over an extended period, and this opens up the possibilities for more people to enjoy and own one of our pieces. As such, we allow layaway plans for our customers, following the payment of an initial deposit or down payment. Please contact us should you want further information about this.

COMBINATION OF PAYMENT METHODS

Should you wish to pay using more than one credit card, or would prefer to use a combination of different payment methods, please get in touch with us and we would be delighted to help you do so.

BANK WIRE

As a family workshop we are happy to accept payments via Bank Wire for purchases over $450 USD. The process is simple: just place your order, and specify that you would like to pay with Bank Wire. Once this is completed, we will contact you in order to give you the details to which you should transfer the payment. Bank wires sometimes take a few business days to full process. However, as soon as the funds are received at our end, we will notify you and your order will be confirmed and approved.

At present, we can only accept Bank Wire transfers, and are not able to accept ACH transfers. Feel free to get in touch should you have any questions about this.

Please Note: Some institutions do issue a charge or fee for bank wire payments.

CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL

Our customers also have the possibility to complete any order with their personal PayPal account, or to pay using PayPal as a guest user.
