In order for your return to be accepted and dealt with swiftly, please ensure that it is sent unworn, in the original packaging, and with all original receipts sent along with it.
Please Note: The following items, due to their completely personalised nature, are not returnable under any circumstance: Pieces which have been engraved, altered, or resized, pieces which have been exchanged before, and jewelry which has been custom designed and made.
Gold and platinum jewelry are subject to 35% restocking fees - due to their handmade nature - which goes towards their recycling.
We want our clients’ experience with Braverman Jewelry to be as stress-free as possible. In order to achieve this, we offer free resizing for all non-customised pieces of jewelry. Pieces which have been modified or engraved, or customised in some way are subject to extra resizing fees.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?
Should you wish to return an order for any reason, do not hesitate to contact one of our professional assistants, who will be only too happy to walk you through the process step-by-step. Please make sure you have the relevant details to hand - including your order number - so Erez can make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ensure the condition and state of the piece, and conduct an inspection upon it before issuing a refund. As such, please ensure you allow sufficient time for the refund to appear on your bank statement. With the exception of bank-wire transfers, each order will be refunded via the same method with which it was paid.
